Developer Edwards Cos./ General Contractor Duffy Builders. Cost $14 million. The project contains 65 apartments, restaurant, offices and retail stores in the former Citizens Savings & Trust Co. office property that was built in 1918.
2.5 million square feet of multifamily housing, restaurants, retail and grocery space. It also will have a 150-key AC Hotel by Marriott and community conference center. Developer Crawford Hoying Development Partners, Construction Manager Continental Building Systems and Dugan & Meyers Construction.
The 47 story LeVeque Tower Hotel and Residences offer a collection of hotel on 5-10 floors , 8 residences on floors 34 to 37 and offices. Luxury, in-unit amenities and features include a gourmet stainless steel appliance package, gas ranges, marble and wood flooring, stone and quartz countertops, spa-like bathrooms, ample storage and closet space, and state of the art technology in thermostats, HVAC units and security.
130-unit apartment building is under construction on Long Street. Edwards Developers, UrbanFive Construction.
